De Motu Revisited

Martha Nussbaum's fundamental edition and commentary of Aristotle's De
Motu Animalium was published in 1978, forty years ago. In order to
celebrate this anniversary, Martha Nussbaum will be with us on Tuesday,
18th of December, 12.15-13.45, in LMU's Center for Advanced Studies (CAS),
Seestr. 13. Christof Rapp and Oliver Primavesi will present some results
of recent philosophical and textual research on De Motu, and Martha
Nussbaum will offer comments. After the discussion, some refreshments
will be offered.
